I am so grateful for a christian auto-brothers. They are easy to work with, explain things in a straight forward way, and I trust their advice. Sometimes we haven't been able to afford every recommended fix and they always tell me what is urgent and what can wait. They even gave me great advice on make/model and dealer when I asked for advice on buying a new car. I love that they offer to drive me & my little kids home so we don't have to wait during car checks & maintenance.

So friendly and fast. I know they're more expensive but it was worth it in the end. They pulled a lot of strings to be sure I had a ride to the air port when my car was being fixed.

If I could give 1000000 stars I would. It's tough to find words to describe how impressed I've been with their customer service. I've never worked with such kind, patient, and understanding people. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help me, and are INCREDIBLY trustworthy and honest. Would recommend them to absolutely everyone. They officially have a lifelong customer :)

I went in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. The were unable to even perform this simple procedure correctly. 2 tires still had the original wheel weights from the previous tires. The other 2 tires had wheel weights that hit the calipers causing caliper damage. A simple clearance check of the weights would have seen this issue. (No previous shop ever had this issue)
I was left with a vehicle with unbalanced tires and caliper damage. When I went back in to the shop they blamed everything (including me) but themselves for these issues. This was the 3rd set of tires on this vehicle and this was the 3rd (different) shop to do this job. The previous shops completed this job as expected without any issues.
The service advisors were polite enough but unfortunately the actual service was anything but.
I strongly recommend looking for a different shop.

I brought my company truck in and they did 6200 worth of work and didn't fix my main complaint(my tires). Ended up telling me to go to a tire shop.

My first visit here was for an oil change. While I had heard good things about this business, I was not prepared for the friendliness and an earnest desire to take care of me and my car. When I missed the shuttle, one of the guys offered to take me home. On the way home, I discovered he is the Owner. Now, I understand the business culture and why it works so well it comes from the very top. I'll be back!

Went in as car struggled to turn over. Got looked at the next day. They knew the problem quick as seen it many times. Because of this, they didn't charge the diagnostic fee! I was very surprised as would expect everywhere else to have done so.

It was a warranty repair so had take to the dealership but would recommend and will take here again if needed.

Got the job done, free ride to work, the driver was very nice, and everything was done in a timely manner.

When my car died, they were able to get to it quickly. They were fast and professional. My car's hood had an issue but I think they were able to solve that. The shuttle service is nice, I didn't need it but I might in the future! It seemed the price was reasonable and getting my car's alternator and battery fixed and back to me in a day was great!

The estimate for the work needed was about $100 more than the dealer. When I pointed this out the person on the phone said they could do less work so the price would be less. Huh?
I passed on having this outfit doing any work on my car and probably won't use their services in the future. Talk about a bad taste...
