Rosati's Pizza

Pizza was cold when delivered, not to mention uncut.

Ordered Bbq boneless wings, and they were basically naked, no bbq sauce to speak of.

Garlic cheese bread was ok.

Terrible service. We had an order for delivery and the guy on the phone asked for our address. After one hour, no pizza arrived. We called and they said they were waiting for us to pick it up. We explained that we gave them an address. They clearly messed up the order and said they would send it out. Another hour passed. We called. The person on the phone claims it was delivered. How is that possible? Their delivery driver lied. My husband asked for a refund and they put him on hold. Then hung up.

The thin crust bacon and sausage pizza had a 2-6 inch cheese pull! Very hot, fresh, crispy crusted, fresh tomato sauced, square pieces of pizza perfection. Good weekly specials. Community friendly(good rapport with their regulars) staff. Lot parking. Marcy'sDinerTantrumScale- NoScreamingKids. CyHawkApproved.

Everything was really good; we had pizzas of all kids, cinnamon sticks, breadsticks...lots of food leftover, but enjoyed by all!

Always on time accurate and they are always willing to go the extra mile love the real mozzarella and sauce that you don't always get from local pizza places or franchises. The drivers are so kind this is my favorite pizza in Iowa

Rosati's is one of the only Italian restaurants in Ankeny so there should be many customers who are expecting quality Italian food. A dish of pasta cost about $13 and the noodles are not cooked enough which are noodles that cost about five cents. I also bought four cannolis which each are four dollars and they were not fully filled with cream and it took 30 minutes to make. When walking into the store it did not feel welcoming and the service seemed lazy and low energy. Also there were two people having intercourse in a car in their parking lot

First time ordering from here, and I will be ordering again! Service was good and fast. I got the Rosati sub which was excellent. Keep up the great work!

Ordered 3 calzones for delivery with ricotta, spinach, basil, garlic, Italian beef, and mushrooms. They were huge! And delicious, sadly 2 were missing the Italian beef and the third was missing mushrooms. This really sucks because each item is charged individually. But I will say they did make it right and gave us a credit.
We also ordered some of their breadsticks, which are AMAZING! Little puffy dough sticks of pure happiness! They have a light buttery garlic flavor!
For desert we split Tiramisu. Which was delicious and very coffee tasting! Really good.
Overall was delicious, just disappointed we were missing items from all 3 of our calzones.

Ordered a pizza online and drove 20 minutes to pick it up. Got there as it said my order was ready online. They were closed yet accepting orders online. Have been trying to contact someone for a refund and no awnser the next day. Though the website says open. I would not reccomend them to anyone. Hopefully i get my money back.

I want to thank the manager for being proactive and solving the problem. He insured me and my wife that this issue wouldn't happen again and also made the cook fully aware of the issue.
